If you're posting an image, maybe try changing the filename? The spam filters can sometimes be a bit aggressive. If that doesn't work... you might have to get on the Discord and message the mods.

Just adding to this: If you've included any URLs in the post, that might also be triggering the filters. They're pretty aggressive towards 'new' IPs (ones that haven't posted before), so you might have to nix any URLs involved just to get it past.
